Oh Baby! has been such an amazing local shop to outfit my babe in sustainable fashion. And the new brands that they carry are Canadian made. The consignment experience is quick, easy and organized. We have loved shopping with our credits because there is always so much to choose from. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Can’t recommend it enough! And Kelowna was in serious need of some better options and so glad Oh Baby! made it happen.

I heard about Oh Baby Consignment through Facebook posts and started to browse their online store before they opened a downtown location. I loved how easy it was to browse, order and have free deliver to my house! The packaging was so well done, and extra special with a little flower. I was hooked right away as a shopper. The pricing was very fair for excellent used children’s clothes.
Fast forward a bit of time, and they have opened a lovely little downtown location to shop in store. Brielle is so welcoming! For a little shop, it’s layout is ideal for browsing. The selection is always great, and I never seem to leave empty handed.
More recently I decided to drop off a box of clothes to consign. The process was effortless. I have checked my online account and already have made a bit of extra money!
I’ve been so impressed with Oh Baby Consignment since day one, and will continue to be both a shopper and a consignor.

Brielle and her Mama are over the top, so kind! Their customer service is amazing and they take such pride in making all the clothes look so beautiful on the hanger and then neatly folded into a litre gift wrapped present, then into the bag! They go the extra mile and promptly respond to DM messages! Many times I’ve asked for an item to be placed on hold until I can get there that week. Voila, there it is - ready to take home. Love love shopping here and giving them clothing I just don’t have the time to marketplace myself. The trade off is extremely fair. Thank you for giving Kelowna an affordable quality store for parents to shop in! From Maternity, newborn to age 6 - they have the perfect outfit for any event, photos or just an everyday look!

I just wanted to write and let you know how happy I am with my order and how nice you have packaged everything.
